We hope everyone who visited our photography sales stand and Portrait Studio enjoyed the opportunity to view their competition photographs and capture professional individual, partnership, and group portraits throughout the event.
Due to the event having now finished, Personal Video bookings are now closed, and we are no longer able to accept any further video orders for this competition. We'd like to thank everyone who booked this popular service with our partners at DSI-TV.

£30.00 including VAT per dance
A complete recording of your performance, including DSI TV and event branding.

Creative Highlight Reel
£45.00 including VAT per dance
A professionally edited version of one dance with enhanced presentation and creative effects.

Bespoke Edited Video
A fully customised edit using multiple dances or additional footage. Price on request.

Booking Information
Once your Personal Video Request Form has been submitted, you will receive an automated confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us immediately at:
Your booking will be confirmed once full payment has been received. A confirmation email will then be sent to you.

Recording Disclaimer
DSI TV will make every reasonable effort to record the performances requested. However, live events are subject to circumstances beyond our control, including timetable changes, competition schedule changes, technical issues and other unforeseen circumstances. Whilst we strive to fulfil every request, recordings cannot be guaranteed. You can read our full terms and conditions here.

Post-Event Processing & Delivery
Following the event, all footage will be reviewed and processed by our editing team.
Throughout the production process, you will receive a series of automated email updates informing you of the progress of your video. Please check your junk or spam folder if you have not received any communications from us.
Once editing has been completed, your video will be uploaded to your personal Video library and made available for download.
In some cases, we may capture multiple recordings of your performance to ensure the highest possible quality. Where applicable, these additional recordings may also be made available for viewing.
You will receive a final notification email once your completed video has been uploaded and is ready for download.

Turnaround Times
Please allow up to three weeks from the date of your performance for delivery of your completed video.
If you require a faster turnaround, a priority editing service may be available subject to a £20.00 surcharge. Please advise us of this requirement when placing your order.
