Filming Options to Suit You
Your dance can be filmed in Portrait or Landscape format — perfect whether you’re keeping it personal or planning to share on social media.
Simply select your preference via the booking form link.
We review all footage during or after the event, depending on how busy we are on the day.
If we’ve successfully captured your dance, we’ll email you to let you know how many videos are available and send an invoice for the remaining balance.
Once payment is complete, your videos will be sent to you via email transfer, or you can collect them by AirDrop at our stand where available.
Due to popular demand, we recommend booking early as we work on a first come first served basis, as we’re only able to film one couple per dance.
At particularly busy competitions, delivery times may be slightly longer. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date of your dance for delivery.
If you need your video sooner, a faster turnaround may be available for an additional fee — just let us know in advance.
Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable £15 deposit is required to secure your booking. This ensures your filming slot is reserved and ready for you on the day. Once we have received your booking we will let you know if that slot is available via e mail.

Please note: While we make every effort to focus on you, we cannot guarantee that other dancers will not appear in the frame during your performance.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued if:
We are unable to obtain quality footage of your performance, or
You do not dance
Important Copyright Notice
Unlike other videographers, we do not edit footage or replace music. The audio captured will be the music played at the time of your dance. If you choose to share your video on social media, please be aware of any potential copyright restrictions.
