Unlike many in the industry, we don’t pick and choose which dancers or rounds to cover – we aim to photograph every single round and every dancer, giving all competitors the chance to view and purchase professional images of their performances.

We also have extensive experience working collaboratively alongside other photographers at major events. We’re always respectful of shared spaces and happy to coordinate to ensure the best overall coverage and experience for organisers, dancers, and other professionals involved.

We regularly work with leading organisations such as WDO, EDC, STARZ UK, NATD, ISTD, IDTA, and many respected independent promoters – including The Open Worlds at Blackpool Tower and the Irish World Championships.

Our team (including ourselves) is fully DBS-checked, insured, and PAT-tested, ensuring a safe and professional service at all times.

Setup Requirements:

For our full portrait and print station, we typically require around 5 square meters of space to accommodate printers, iPads, and lighting. However, we’re very flexible and can operate in smaller spaces when needed, without the full studio setup.

We’re also happy to pay a pitch fee and ensure our presence adds genuine value to the event – both for competitors and spectators alike.
